What is Thursday Night Out?

Summer is a great time: no school, relaxed work schedules... AND one of the best ways to enjoy this freedom is to head to the park, have a cook-out, and play Ultimate Frisbee, Volleyball, cards, or whatever you want! We will be gathering every Thursday night beginning June 14, 2007 and going through August 30, 2007 at Lake Accotink Park in the McLaren Shelter by the upper field. We encourage you to come; it will be a great time! Things get started around 6 PM.

What should I bring to Thursday Night Out?

Drinks, chips, hot dog and hamburger buns, and condiments are provided, but you will need to bring whatever meat or meat substitutes you'd like to grill. Feel free to get creative! Some examples range from boring burgers to chicken, steak, jumbo shrimp, and tofu! Some prefer to go through the drive-thru before they get here, and Subway and Taco Bell are just as welcome at our tables!

Anyone and everyone from College Life, EleVation, TeaMMates. This is a great place to bring friends, too, as a pickup game of Frisbee is a great way to make new acquaintences!
